Jarvis Congo (“JARVIS”)  was established in Kinshasa at the end of 2014 to meet a growing demand for local DRC regulatory and tax advisory services. Prior to the establishment of JARVIS, the JARVIS management team was principally involved with providing the same services on an exclusive basis to related Fleurette Group companies and joint venture partners of Fleurette in the DRC. Historically JARVIS has focused mainly on providing regulatory and tax advisory services in the following sectors: Mining and exploration - Energy - Infrastructure. Following the formation of JARVIS, services provided by other Fleurette Group companies have been identified to be included within the JARVIS service offering: Customs clearance - Agriculture - Construction - Transport. JARVIS is part of the Fleurette Group that has been involved in the DRC since 1999. Fleurette is a diversified group operating in the mining and mineral industry.
